Our counseling and guidance services are provided free of charge to students. No fees are charged for basic admission assistance and career counseling.
In cases where a service fee is charged for premium services, the refund eligibility will be communicated clearly at the time of payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
No refund will be provided once the admission process has been initiated with a college or university, or if the student withdraws after documents have been submitted to the institution.
